“ Such a great experience with the service and mechanic crew (especially Ryan and Markus)!! We bought a used 2010 Subaru forester from a used car dealership in the springs less than a month ago. Paid to have it inspected at a local mechanic and they pointed out that it had a very apparent preexisting head gasket leak. The dealership we went to refused to acknowledge it as a real issue because the car was not overheating and the head gasket “wasn’t blown, so it didn’t need fixing” so we decided to contact the Pueblo subaru dealership to have the car looked at to confirm. We got in touch with Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and insisted on performing a multipoint inspection for us to prove that it does in fact have a head gasket leak urgent enough for the used dealership to fix. We drove all the way from Colorado Springs to Pueblo to have them look at the car, explained how the used car dealership had been dismissing the issue and denying responsibility to fix it. upon doing the inspection, they gave us a legal document stating the issues/leaks that were present during the inspection that we could use in court to hold the used car dealership liable if they refused to fix the issue, and proof they failed to disclose the major issue with the car prior to sale. The mechanic even put the car back in the air for us so we could see and take pictures of the leaks for ourselves, which were in fact VERY visible, even to someone who knows very little about cars like myself. We chatted a little after looking at the car, and Ryan even offered to contact the used car dealership to fight for us if we needed it, which was just so above and beyond and so very appreciated after having my fears dismissed by the used dealership time and time again. I was able to get the resolution I wanted due to their multipoint inspection and their great customer service, so a HUGE thank you again to the service crew and mechanic that looked at our vehicle and pointed out and explained the issues to us, and to Ryan for being willing to defend us if it reached that point!! Such a great crew and experience, and absolutely worth the hour drive from the Springs. ”
